TWO NIGERIANS ARRESTED IN GHANA FOR KIDNAP AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
The Central Regional Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHT), of the Ghana Police Service (GPS) has arrested two Nigerians for kidnapping and human trafficking.
The suspects are identified as Paul Okafor and Duru Favour.
The Police said they have been kidnapping and trafficking young Nigerians to perpetrate cyber-crime activities in the country.

Regional Police spokesperson, DSP Irene Oppong, revealed that the police rescued 38 victims all in their twenties from the duo.
She said a police patrol team was mobilised to Gomoa Pomadze, where they met a 21-year old Nigerian, Charles Ikorohk, one of the victims, who led them to rescue the 38 others.
Thirty-six laptops were recovered from the criminals.
This comes barely twenty fours after Eons Intelligence reported the arrest of a 32-year old Nigerian man in India for duping people on social media.
Also, a 41-year old Nigerian man was arrested in India on July 11th, 2020, for possession of hard drugs.
