NOTABLE POLITICIAN ABDUCTED IN EDO STATE
Unknown gunmen have kidnapped a former Edo State House of Assembly member, Festus Edughele, on Monday morning in Ubiaja while on his way from Orhionmwon to Benin City, the state capital.
This is coming barely three days that herdsmen abducted 32 passengers waiting to board a train from the Igueben station in the Igueben Local Government Area of the state to Warri in Delta State.
Information available indicates that Mr. Edughele was travelling to Benin to board a plane to Abuja when he was abducted by gunmen who marched him to a bush.
