ARMED ROBBERS ATTACK BULLION VAN ALONG OTOR-OWHE HIGHWAY IN DELTA, CART AWAY UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF MONEY

Gunmen suspected to be armed robbers have attacked a bullion van belonging to a yet to be disclosed bank along Otor-Owhe on the Ughelli-Asaba dual carriageway in Isoko North LGA of Delta State.


Sources say the robbers shot sporadically at the bullion van as the bullets bore holes on the windscreen of the vehicle conveying cash.


The bullion van was robbed while the robbers carted away an undisclosed amount of money. As of the time of filing this report, it cannot be ascertained if there were any casualties recorded during the incident.
