BREAKING: ONDO HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY BEGINS IMPEACHMENT PLANS AGAINST DEPUTY GOVERNOR
Members of the Ondo State House of Assembly have begun the proceedings on the impeachment of the Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi.
The members of the House are currently deliberating on the allegation of gross misconduct against the Deputy Governor.
14 out of 26 members of the Assembly on Tuesday, July 7, signed Agboola’s impeachment notice while 9 members voted against the decision.
This is coming after Ajayi dragged the State House of Assembly to an Abuja Federal high court on the basis of impeachment plot against him, and violation of his right, Eons Intelligence reports.

Several law enforcement agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force and Civil Defence Corps are presently on the premises of the Assembly to maintain law and order.
