MY LOYALTY AND SUPPORT WILL BE DIRECTED ONLY TO BUHARI - NEW CHIEF OF STAFF TO NIGERIANS
Professor Ibrahim Gambari, the new Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari has said his primary assignment is not to report to the general public but to the President.
Gambari said this on Wednesday while addressing the press after he was announced officially as the Chief of Staff to Buhari, at the Presidential Villa.
He said, he is in position to serve the country but not to deliver to the general public, added that his primary allegiance would be to President Muhammadu Buhari.
He appreciated the trust the President has in him to hold such reputable position and he promised to discharge his duty to the best of his ability.
He added that his loyalty, competence and support will be directed only to the President and serve him to the best of his ability.
