GUNMEN KILL BAUCHI LAWMAKER, KIDNAP WIVES AND CHILD
Unknown gunmen have killed a Bauchi State House of Assembly member, Musa Baraza and kidnapped his two wives.
Baraza was murdered on Thursday night at his residence in the Dass Local Government Area of the State.
The lawmaker was representing Dass Constituency in the House as at the time of his death.
He had tested positive for COVID-19 some weeks ago and was undergoing treatment at home when the incident happened, SaharaReporters says.

When contacted, the Bauchi State Police spokesman, Ahmed Wakili, confirmed the incident to Punch correspondents on Friday morning, saying assailants also kidnapped his two wives and one-year-old child.
Wakili said a crack team of police personnel have been mobilised to the area to commence an immediate investigation to rescue the victims and nab the perpetrators.
