COURT ARRAIGNS FOUR MEN FOR RAPING 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN ONDO
A Magistrate Court in Ondo State has arraigned four men for raping a 15-year-old girl.
The accused, Ojo Damilola, Babalola Bodunde, Jimoh Fatai, and Saliu Abdul, were also said to have attempted raping the victim's mother.
The suspects committed the crime at Ikare Akoko Area of Ondo State on June 28th, 2020.
Police prosecutor, Oniyere Taiwo, said the mother of the victim pleaded on behalf of the accused persons, saying that two of the accused were not at the scene of the crime.

The accused persons, who are facing two-count charge of conspiracy and rape, pleaded not guilty to the court
The Magistrate, Mrs Adepoju J.O, ordered the remand of the accused persons in police custody and directed that their case be transferred to the Department of Public Prosecution for advice.
She adjourned the case until August 5th, 2020.
