GOVERNOR ZULUM COMMISERATES WITH VICTIMS OF KAYAMALA BOMB BLAST, TAKES CHARGE OF MEDICAL BILLS OF SURVIVORS

Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has commisserated with victims of the Kayamala Bomb Blast and has also taken charge of medical bills of survivors.



This comes after bomb attacks by Boko Haram terrorists in kayamala village of Konduga Local Government Area claiming seven lives and leaving nineteen injured.



Attending the funeral ceremony of the victims, the Governor was ably represented by Saina Buba, the State's Commissioner for Youth Empowerment and Sports Development.



Governor Zulum urged the Federal Government to implement the six recommendations previously submitted to them as a matter of urgency. 



Buba said the Governor is already taking care of all injured persons, and are not receiving treatment at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH).



He reiterated the Governor's steadfastness to continue protecting residents of Borno. Buba urged the residents not to be discouraged by the activities of the insurgents in Borno State.
