MOTHER OF TWO MURDERS HUSBAND IN RIVERS
Mrs Gladys Napoleon, a fifty one year old woman has admitted to killing her husband, Mr Napoleon Amadi, in Rivers State.
Mrs Amadi made this confession to newsmen yesterday at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Police Command, Moscow road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The Scribe of the Rivers State Police Command, Nnamdi Omoni, informed journalists that Mrs Amadi who hails from from Etche Local Government Area, killed her husband with a matchet during a fight.
He said the suspect will be charged to court as soon as all investigations on the immediate and remote causes of action are ascertained on the matter.
The mother of two however said she killed her husband in self defence, after an altercation led to a fisticuff between them.
