BAUCHI POLICE ARREST ARMED ROBBERS AND THEIR CONSPIRATORS
The Bauchi State Command has arrested a group of notorious armed robbery suspects who broke into houses at Zango.
The suspects were arrested on Thursday 25th March 2021 by a team of Detectives attached to Area Command Metro in collaboration with the members of peace and security committee Bauchi State for allegedly attacking occupants in the Zango area and robbing them of their valuables including; Phones, Laptops, Motorcycles, Plasma Televisions, and Jewelry all of which valued about NGN3,159,000,00, as well as a cash sum of NGN 290,000.
The arrested suspects are Abdullahi M. Hashim alias 'Ranga,' aged 20 of Zango Bauchi,
Shuaibu Mohammed Nasir Alias 'Baba cizo' of Zango Bauchi, Ahmed Abdulahi Alias 'Mission' of Nasarawa Bauchi, Al-amin Dahiru alias 'Target' of Jahun Bauchi, Mohammed Ismail alias 'K2' of Federal Low-cost Bauchi, and Aliyu Adamu alias 'Daba' of Jahun Bauchi.
The team of detectives discovered that the criminals did not act alone but got help from the following conspirators: Bajau of Jahun Bauchi, Abban Gola of Jahun, Abbas Messi of Zango Bauchi, Abba Kyari of Jahun, Mayen Kudi of Anguwar Kur Bauchi, Ambulo of Anguwar Kur Bauchi, Ebison of Jahun Bauchi, and Passion of Anguwar Kur Bauchi, still at large.

Two of the receivers of the stolen items were apprehended by the police and the following exhibits were recovered: 4 Plasma TV, LG DVD, 1 receiver, 1 Samsung Laptop, 3 Android phones, and 1 Digital camera.
The apprehended suspects have confessed to the crime and would be charged to court in due time.
In a related event, the Bauchi Police Command in collaboration with the Peace and Security Committee arrested on Monday March 22 arrested one Aliyu Usman, 24, and an 18 year old Abdullahi Ibrahim, both of whom stays at Anguwan Hardo, Bauchifor conspiring with with one Nazifi of Kofar Dumi Bauchi and others now at large to invade the house of one Habib Mohammed, a Staff of Ruwasa Bauchi.

The arrested suspects and their accomplices armed with machetes and other deadly weapons burgled the house of their victim and stole a Laptop Computer, Two Infinix phones, one Tambo phone, and Jewelry.
Police have recovered the Tambo phone from the suspects while efforts are on top gear to nab the fleeing suspects.
